This interior needed a facelift, and the simply Exquisite Construction team was there to help. We had a blast working with this client and putting together a wonderful design for them. We started with the basics of any renovation, a new Kitchen! This Transitional kitchen was designed by our talented team of in-house designers.
Cost Breakdown
We removed a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen into the Living room, which got a custom made electric fireplace wall and custom millwork storage. Notice that there aren’t any boxes! They’re hidden away but still receive the signal from remotes thanks to some tricks. Ask us how!
We didn’t stop there. The foyer, dining room, and upstairs got a facelift as well. We changed the flooring, stained the stairs, and added wainscoting throughout. We also added a waffle ceiling to compliment the one in the foyer.
